Add an EPC certificate to a property

An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) helps you keep the certificate file and expiry information linked to the right lot/unit in SNDQ.

Open the property

• Open the property (lot/unit) you want to add the EPC certificate to.

Go to Passport → Certificates

• Click Passport (top right)
• Open the Certificates tab
• Click Add certificate

Fill in the certificate details and upload the file

• Fill in the certificate details.
• Want SNDQ to warn you before the expiry date?
  • Set a period in Reminder (before expiry date)
  • Upload the EPC certificate

Track it from the dashboard

After creating the EPC certificate, you can follow it up from the dashboard:

• Click the SNDQ logo (top left) to return to the dashboard
• In Certificates, click View all to see:
  • the full list of EPC certificates
  • certificates that expire soon
