Add a note

Notes let you store important information about a building or owner — such as concierge contact details, alarm codes, or remarks about a charging station. You can keep notes private or share them with colleagues in your workspace.

At building level

  • Open Patrimony and select the building
  • Click the Notes tab
  • Click Add note
  • Toggle Shared note if you want to share the note with colleagues
  • Type your note (max 400 characters) and save

At owner level

  • Open Contacts and select the owner
  • Click the Notes tab
  • Click Add note
  • Toggle Shared note if you want to share the note with colleagues
  • Type your note (max 400 characters) and save

Tips

TIP

  • Create a separate note for each topic (e.g. concierge, alarm code, charging station).
  • Use the format Label: value (e.g. "Concierge: Poppe Karin | 050-61.23.18").
  • Shared notes are visible to all colleagues in your workspace.
