Configure an email signature (domain)
An email signature automatically adds a block at the bottom of your emails (for example: name, role, company and contact details).
Configure the signature
1) Go to Settings → Integrations → Email
- Go to
Settings(bottom left) - Open the
Integrationstab - Select
Email
2) Open the Domain tab and choose your email address
- Open the
Domaintab - Select the email address you already connected
- Choose the specific email address you want to configure the signature for
3) Configure the signature
- Fill in the signature details
- Save
How do multiple signatures work?
In SNDQ, the signature is linked to one specific email address.
- If multiple teammates send emails from the same email address, the same signature will be used automatically.
- If you want different signatures per teammate:
- Create a separate email address per user under your domain
- Then configure the correct signature per email address
