Add an EPC certificate to a property

An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) helps you keep the certificate file and expiry information linked to the right property in SNDQ.

Step-by-step

1) Open the property

Open the property (unit) you want to add the EPC certificate to.

2) Go to Passport → Certificates

Click Passport (top right)
Open the Certificates tab
Click Add certificate

3) Fill in the certificate details and upload the file

Fill in the certificate details.
Want SNDQ to warn you before the expiry date?
- Set a period in Reminder (before expiry date)
- Upload the EPC certificate

Track it from the dashboard

After creating the EPC certificate, you can follow it up from the dashboard:

Click the SNDQ logo (top left) to return to the dashboard
In Certificates, click View all to see:
- the full list of EPC certificates
- certificates that expire soon
