Configure fees

Management fees determine how SNDQ calculates your commission across leases. To handle many leases efficiently, you can configure fees at three levels, applied in a top-down priority:

Workspace (default) → Owner (override) → Lease (most specific)

The most specific level always overrides the more general one.

Step-by-step guide

Method 1 — Configure fees for the entire workspace (fastest)

Go to Settings
Open Management Fees
Click Configure
Set the fee percentage (for example 10% before tax)
Click Save

This applies by default to all leases in the workspace unless overridden.

Method 2 — Configure fees per owner

Open Contacts
Select the owner contact
Open Fee Configuration
If you see "Using inherited fee configuration", click Disconnect from workspace
Set the fee percentage
Click Save

This overrides the workspace configuration for all leases linked to that owner.

Method 3 — Configure fees per lease (most specific)

Open the lease
Open Fee Configuration
If you see "Using inherited fee configuration", click Disconnect from workspace
Set the fee percentage
Click Save

This overrides both owner-level and workspace-level fees.
