Create a building

A building groups multiple units under one address. Creating it is the starting point for adding the right number of units and linking the right owners to the property. When you finish, you'll have a building ready to use in the rest of your workflow (units, contracts, tasks, and costs).

Step-by-step guide

Open the building wizard

  • Open Patrimony
  • Go to Buildings
  • Click Add building

Fill in the building details (General)

  • Fill in the required information:
    • Building name
    • Address
    • Owner
  • Click Next step to create units for the building.

TIP

To quickly retrieve building information, use the Enterprise number field. You can search by building name or enterprise number, and SNDQ will automatically return the building details.

Add units manually

  • Click Add units manually
  • Adjust the number of units so it matches the building.
  • Create the units.

Save and close

  • Click Finish and save to save the building and close the wizard.
