Create a single unit
A unit is a single property you manage in SNDQ (apartment, garage, storage, commercial space). Creating one makes it available for the rest of your workflow, so you can link it to owners/co-owners and (for stewards) to rental contracts. When you finish, the unit will appear under Stand alone properties.

- Open
Patrimony - Go to

Choosing the right property type and energy label
Use these fields to keep your portfolio consistent and easier to search and report on.
| Field | What it means | How to choose |
|---|---|---|
| Type | The kind of unit (residential, commercial, garage, storage, land) and its subtype (house, apartment, room, studio…). | Pick the option that matches what you manage in real life. This helps filtering and reporting later. |
| Energy label | The unit's energy performance label (for example A++…D). | Select it if you have an official EPC/energy certificate. If you don't have it yet, you can leave it empty and fill it later. |
