Create a single unit

A unit is a single property you manage in SNDQ (apartment, garage, storage, commercial space). Creating one makes it available for the rest of your workflow, so you can link it to owners/co-owners and (for stewards) to rental contracts. When you finish, the unit will appear under Stand alone properties.

Step-by-step guide

Open the "add unit" screen (Patrimony → Stand alone properties → Add unit)

  • Open Patrimony
  • Go to Single Units
  • Click Add unit

Fill in the required information

  • Fill in:
    • Unit name
