Configure an email signature (domain)

An email signature automatically adds a block at the bottom of your emails (for example: name, role, company and contact details).

Configure the signature

1) Go to Settings → Integrations → Email

  • Go to Settings (bottom left)
  • Open the Integrations tab
  • Select Email

2) Open the Domain tab and choose your email address

  • Open the Domain tab
  • Select the email address you already connected
  • Choose the specific email address you want to configure the signature for

3) Configure the signature

  • Fill in the signature details
  • Save

How do multiple signatures work?

In SNDQ, the signature is linked to one specific email address.

  • If multiple teammates send emails from the same email address, the same signature will be used automatically.
  • If you want different signatures per teammate:
    • Create a separate email address per user under your domain
    • Then configure the correct signature per email address
